Jr. Cardinal Registration Information

*** A Parent Participation Deposit of $350 (in the form of a check, post-dated to November 17th 2024) will be held until the end of the season and is required of all families before equipment/uniforms are issued. The Parent Participation deposit will be returned (in full) if all obligations are successfully met. This deposit will be returned to parents at the end of the current season upon equipment return/cheer season end. In the event that your volunteer hours are not fulfilled your deposit will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to ensure you fulfill your volunteer hours. There is a $30.00 fee on all returned checks.

**Should you need to withdraw, a full refund can be requested by August 5, 2024. If you withdraw after August 5, 2024, a partial refund of $200 can be requested by September 5, 2024 due to the $75 jersey cost. No refund can be requested after September 5, 2024.

* If a player registers after August 5th, their name will not be on the back of their jersey.

Although serious injuries are not common in supervised youth athletic programs, it is impossible to eliminate all risks associated with this sport. Participants and parents have the responsibility to help reduce the chance of injury. Players must obey all safety rules and report all physical problems to the coaching staff.

We require all players to abide by our school's standards of conduct and academic achievement. We want the players to be successful in school and learn the importance of having integrity in the community in which they live/play.
